I am Michaela.
Your Transformation Companion
I discovered my passion for sports marketing and interpersonal communication at an early age. Athletes and teams inspire me through their motivation and close collaboration with mental coaches.
I gained experience in the VIP/hospitality sector, accreditation management and marketing/sponsorship at various sports clubs. My first postgraduate job took me to SMBS, the business school at the University of Salzburg.
I then went through various positions in sports marketing at BMW, where I had a main role in the change process and finally took the team lead marketing communication at BMW Austria.
These experiences showed me how important it is to learn self-leadership in order to be able to successfully lead teams and other colleagues.
During those steps I realized, that I was looking for more personal growth and interaction with people. Therefore I decided to become a yoga teacher and after my time at BMW I started the business coaching course at Trigon Development Consulting. I am currently enrolled in a systemic change management course (SBi) from Doujak Corporate Development to take another step in this direction.
My teaching positions for universities and colleges in Austria complete my picture of of sharing knowledge and developing people.
And OF COURSE I also love my leisure activities, I love the sea or going to the mountains, I love discovering new cultures and their facets and I look forward to every hug from my friends!
