My Work

Strategy, Leadership & Team Development with Putzmeister Oceania
During a consulting engagement with Putzmeister Oceania (Melbourne), I worked closely with CEO Mike Grace and the leadership team across several interconnected areas: developing and sharpening their go-to-market strategy for a new product line, setting sustainable goals and priorities, and defining clear next steps to get there. Alongside the strategic work, I supported the team with leadership training, business planning, and presentation development — all with the aim of building a stronger, more aligned organisation.
A core thread running through the entire engagement was culture: creating a genuine One Team spirit that could carry the business forward long after the consulting work ended.
Mike Grace, CEO Putzmeister Oceania:
"Michaela brought great insight, positive energy and a clear focus on what matters most. She helped us sharpen our (new product) excavator 'go to market' strategy, strengthen our resolve to win, and build a stronger One Team culture across the organisation. Her contribution has helped set foundations that will continue to benefit the business well beyond her time with us. What stood out most to me was Michaela's strong commitment to culture and alignment. She challenged us in the right ways, brought clarity and focus, and helped drive meaningful progress across the team. She combines strategic capability with an authentic approach that brings people with her. [...] I would highly recommend her to any business looking for someone who can make a real impact both strategically and culturally."
CEO Consulting & Workshop Design
As part of his introduction as interim managing director of ADMECO - a SCHAKO Group company - I supported Herbert Jung. After a short introductory conversation and many questions to understand the setting, I developed the design for the first day: the official welcome and a status QUO workshop. I worked with Herbert primarily on his personal introduction to the new team. After that, we also worked together on a vision and purpose workshop design.
Herbert Jung, interim CEO Admeco:
"I really enjoyed working with Michaela. She asks the right questions to get to the core and get an overview. She thinks in a networked way and designs workshops that achieve the desired output. She always pays attention to the People behind it. For my introduction as interim managing director of ADMECO, she managed to highlight my personal values and thus make me accessible to the workforce."

Strategy coaching with the managing directors of BG Sportpromotion
As part of BG Sportpromotion, I was able to work out the new strategy for the next few years with the two managing directors Christoph and Rene. I designed the strategy workshop and then facilitated it with the two of them. The workshop consisted of 3 parts: Analysis of the status quo, strategy and planning and next steps, using the 8-step vision model by Friedrich Glasl.
Team building with Menarini Pharma together with Bernhard Sieber &
for Sthree NL in Barcelona
During team building sessions, I work with the group to find out how important the individual members of a team are, what each individual contributes, what importance honest communication has, that mistakes should be allowed because you can learn from them, small successes can be celebrated and also how important commitment is and, at the same time, knowing your own boundaries.

Casa Wald
6-week consulting project on Mallorca
For Casa Wald, a boutique hotel finca in southeast Mallorca, I had the opportunity to analyze their current situation as part of a 6-week project and to revise the strategy and pricing for the future. Together with the owners, I reviewed the budget, event planning (staff and budget), service pricing, partnerships, communication, and team structure, creating a foundation for the coming years.
Change Project
During my employment at BMW, I took a leading role in the “One Team One Culture” change project for the Salzburg location (BMW Austria, BMW Central and Southeastern Europe, Financial Services and Alphabet). I was responsible for planning the change initiatives, organizational development, workshops and events as well as in an advisory and moderating role in this context.

Mindful Leadership course at the FH Wieselburg in Austria
In this course - as part of Leadership and Team Skills III - the students work with me on the most important part of leadership: and the person themselves, because only those who learn to lead themselves can also lead others - Anselm Grün. The workshop is based on the Salzburg Mindfulness Model (SAM) and the 4 positive aspects of mindfulness - focus, resilience, innovation and empathy.

"The professional feedback in the presentation coaching helped me to get to the point and communicate my message clearly. With the right tools, I was able to present more confidently and authentically. The usual fear and nervousness could be transformed into motivation and anticipation through targeted coaching. I can only recommend the coaching with Michaela to those who don't like presenting or would like to optimize their presentation skills."
